Vancouver Museum Hotels

The origins of the Vancouver Museum date back to the early 19th century, with the formation of a prestigious art association. The museum moved to its current landmark building in 1968, and has stayed there since. It boasts a wide range of exhibits in fields such as history and art, and is sure to be of interest to visitors of all ages. Seasonal events are held at the Vancouver Museum depending on what time of year it is, and a wide range of educational programs are available for class field trips. Self-guided activities for children and families are always available in their galleries, making Vancouver Museum a hands-on and fun place to visit for education as well as amusement.

Tickets are reasonably priced, and discounts are given for seniors, youths, and families. Children under five get in for free. An eclectic blend of gifts, clothing, art, and keepsakes can be found at the gift shop, which also boasts local and historical books and crafts. Vancouver Museum is available for event rental and has a standing capacity of 200 people, but beware—guests of an event at Vancouver Museum may find themselves distracted by the exciting surroundings!
